Believe it or not, I changed like 8 times before putting this on, it was one of those days where I felt nothing looked good on me, hate those days; but, at the end I loved the result.
I wore this to work and then go to my favorite restaurant at The Falls, which is a beautiful place to walk around.

Aunque no lo crean, me cambié apróximadamente 8 veces antes de elegir esto. Fue uno de esos días en los que sentía que nada me quedaba bien, pero al final, me gustó el resultado.
Usé esto para trabajar y luego ir a mi restaurante favorito en The Falls, es un lugar precioso para caminar.

Sometimes is annoying how bipolar Miami weather is, but this time I decided to make it a little fun with my floral umbrella, the picture is so funny and I loved it, I was trying to close my umbrella and it kinda broke so I couldn't stop laughing lol.
I swear this day was extremely hard for me to choose something to wear, cause I didn't like anything, but neutrals and florals always cheer me up.

A veces es molesto lo bipolar que es el clima en Miami, pero esta vez decidí divertirme un poco y sacar mi paragauas de flores, en la foto que les muestro estaba intentado cerrar el paragua y se rompió un poco y no pude dejar de reírme jajaja
Juro que ese día fue súper difícil elegir que ponerme, porque nada me gustaba, pero las flores siempre me alegran el día.

When I think about how my day is going to be I immediately think if my outfit has to be comfortable or elegant. I don't drive so every-time I have to go out, to run errands, go to the supermarket or buy supplies for projects, I have to be super comfortable cause I will be walking and catching busses for a while.
That's why my first option is always a maxi skirt, and I love mixing it with cropped tops. So this is basically what describes this outfit!! Hope you enjoy and thanks for stopping by!

Cuando pienso lo que estaré haciendo en el día, inmediatamente pienso si mi look tiene que ser cómodo o elegante. No manejo, así que, cada vez que debo salir, a hacer diligencias, al mercado, comprar materiales para proyectos, etc tengo que estar en extremo cómoda porque estaré caminando y tomando autobuses por unas horas.
Por eso siempre mi primera opción es una maxi falda, y amo mezclarlas con cropped tops. Básicamente esto es lo que describe este look!

If you saw the post of my new section MANNEQUISTA, you will see that I got these wedge sneakers not so long ago and I'M OBSESSED, although I do over think how to wear it because I don't want to look like a boy, I always try to dress very feminine and give a very strong final touch with the wedges, I like them a lot and I could wear them everyday hahaha
This asymmetrical skirt has been with me since last year, I love it because is high waisted and super comfy and well the last feminine touch was the clutch. Who said clutches are just for night time? Boring!!! They look so good at day time too, you should try it :)

Si vieron el post de mi nueva sección MANNEQUISTA, habrán visto que me compre estos sneakers hace no mucho y ESTOY OBSESIONADA, aunque pienso muchísimo lo que usare con ellos me encantan, porque hay que ser súper cuidadosa de no lucir como un niño, asi que, siempre trato de usar algo muy femenino y complementar con los sneakers para darle mi toque de estilo :)
Esta falda asimétrica ha estado conmigo desde al año pasado, me encanta porque es ajustada a la cintura y súper cómoda y bueno el último toque femenino del look, fue el clutch. Quién dijo que los clutch solo se usan de noche? ABURRIDO!! Se ven geniales de día también, compruébenlo ustedes :)

This is basically a new season of the blog, I am gonna have to get used to this white wall for blog pictures until someday I find another way to do street style photos, as you all know I don't have somebody to take me pictures so I had to get some stuff like a tripod, wireless control, rack and mannequin to get my creativity to come out so I can take good pictures for the next posts, at least until my bf comes to visit me and he takes me some pics haha
. I don't know about you but I am kinda liking the white wall cause it makes the outfits stand out, plus I will be updating more often than before :) and that for me is VERY exciting!!
About the outfit, there's no color I love more than mint, maybe mixing it with black gives a little bit more of a though outfit unlike mixing it with another pastel color makes it very peaceful and feminine.

PS: I want to point out a very interesting critic I received on the last post about how almost everything I buy is from Forever 21. Honestly, I believe everyone has its own favorite store and mine is that one because is my style and most importantly I can afford it. I am sorry if you dislike that almost every piece I own is from there but my point here is to show how to pull outfits together and combine and mix pieces in your closet. Besides, is my money and I can spend it wherever I want and not wasting it in something I might not wear.
Anyway, I will always love to hear critics, either good or bad, what I don't like is that usually the people that LOVES to criticize write anonymous comments, that's not quite right. There will always be people who would have something good or bad to say no matter how hard you work for something that is how life is and how you learn to grow :)

Básicamente, esta es como una nueva temporada del blog jajaj. Voy a tener que acostumbrarme a esta pared blanca para las fotos del blog hasta que algún día encuentre la manera de tomarme fotos callejeras, como ya saben no tengo quien me tome fotos así que, tuve que comprar cosas como trípode, control de wireless para la cámara, rack de ropa y un maniquí para que mi creatividad saliera al aire y tomar unas buenas fotos desde mi apartamento, al menos hasta que mi novio me visite y él lo haga jajaja
No se ustedes pero me gusta mucho el fondo y la textura de esta pared, le da más protagonismo a los looks, además, estaré actualizando más seguido, ya que, no hay nada que me impida tomarme fotos en mi casa, excepto el tiempo, que encontrare para no abandonar el blog jaja
Acerca del look, no hay un color que me guste más que el menta, quizá mezclarlo con negro le da un toque rudo no como mezclarlo con otro pastel que lo hace muy relajante y femenino.

PD: Quisiera resaltar un comentario que recibí en el post anterior acerca de como el 99% de mi ropa es de Forever 21. Honestamente, cada quien tiene una tienda en la que más le gusta comprar, para mi Forever siempre ha sido muy mi estilo y además es algo que puedo pagar. Me disculpan si no les gusta que todo sea de ahí pero mi propósito aquí es que vean como yo mezclo y combino looks. Además de eso, es mi dinero y lo prefiero gastar en algo que me guste a que lo gaste en algo que quizá no llegue a usar jamás.
Pero bueno, yo siempre recibo las criticas muy amablemente, sean buenas o malas, lo que me molesta es que la gente que AMA criticar siempre escriben comentarios anónimos, eso no me parece bien. Finalizando, no importa que tan duro o bien hagas tu trabajo más que por satisfacción contigo misma porque la gente siempre pero siempre va a tener algo que decir, bueno o malo, pero así es la vida y así aprendemos a crecer.
