This is my last post from New York (there were not that many lol). I tried to take pictures for the blog but, at the same time I wanted to enjoy it a lot. As soon as I got into Manhattan I HAD TO! I could not resist everything is Oh! so pretty. I apologize the slit shows under the dress, this dress is a little see through and very short for me so I wore a slit underneath to be comfortable but, I did not realize it was showing too much lol. Who cares? Love the pics, the look and the lovely place!

Este es mi último post en New York (tampoco fueron muchos). Traté de tomar fotos para el blog pero quería aprovechar al máximo. Apenas llegué a Manhattan obviamente tuve que tomar fotos, no me pude resistir. Me disculpo que se me ve el forro del vestido que usé debajo pero como es un poco transparente y corto decidí usarlo para sentirme más cómoda pero, qué importa? Me encantaron las fotos, el look y el lugar.

It has been a rainy week in Miami and I am feeling a bit pre-fall. I love the neutral tones and burgundies that are brought back every fall.

This skirt is fun to pair with all kinds of tops. The top has a vintage flair. I wanted to keep it classier and still be comfortable, as I had to run a lot of errands.

Esta semana ha sido una llena de lluvia, y ya siento que el otoño esta mas cerca. Me encantan los tonos naturales y morados que siempre vuelven durante esta época del año.

Esta falda es una de mis favoritas para combinar con diferentes blusas. Decidí combinar esta falda con este top, ya que tiene un estilo clásico.

Me gusta este atuendo porque es muy cómodo y ese día tuve atender muchas diligencias.

Last weekend I spent a few days in New York. No business, no blogger things, just pleasure. Just to enjoy the city I haven't been in 3 years. I went there for the first time in 2012 and it was very little what I could remember. I just knew I had to go back because this city makes me feel so good. I needed to escape a little bit from my life right now and it was good to not have to worry about anything and just enjoy myself and the amazing places New York has to offer.

I wore this look to the airport and because I got there in the evening I left my stuff in the hotel and went out right away to start enjoying. I am pretty much obsessed with this hat and dress so I was more than comfy to explore the city.

El fin pasado pase unos días en New York. No por negocios, no por cosas de blogger, solo placer. Solo para disfrutar de la ciudad en la que no he estado desde hace tres a*os. Fui por primera vez en el 2012 y es muy poco lo que puedo recordar, solo sabia que debia regresar porque esta ciudad me hace sentir de lo mejor. Necesitaba escapar un rato de mi vida en este momento y no hay nada mejor que no tener que preocuparte por nada sino disfrutar y conocer.

Use este look para el aeropuerto y como llegué al atardecer dejé mis cosas en el hotel y salí corriendo para aprovechar cada minuto. Estoy obsesionada con este sombrero y vestido asi que estuve más que cómoda para explorar la ciudad.

The times that I am out of the country is usually for work and
don't get to take a lot of photos of the places that I visit. Since I am on
vacation, I wanted to share some photos with you. 

I have been in Bogotá, Colombia for almost a week. I am still
here until Sunday. Here are some photos of some of the places that I have

Siempre que viajo fuera de Estados Unidos es por lo general por
trabajo, y no me alcanza el tiempo ni para tomar fotos. Esta vez estoy de

I feel when you go through a lot of things in your life that you did not expect you become someone else. Change is quite scary and is really hard to accept but, there is no other way to do it than embracing it. I try to switch it up a bit and try new things with my style, things I might have not been comfortable before or I just thought they did not look good for me. Is kind of hard not going through changes in life because that is the way is supposed to be so I just try to take one day at a time.

Also, I was referred to as the lady dancing in red from the emojis hahaha I am not gonna lie, the sleeves of this top make you feel like her a little bit.

Siento que cuando pasamos por muchas cosas en nuestra vida que no esperabamos nos vamos conviertiendo en otra persona. Los cambios pueden asustar mucho y son dificiles de aceptar pero no hay otra manera que simplemente enfrentarlos. En cuanto a mi estilo personal trato de intentar nuevas cosas con las que antes no me sentía cómoda o creí que no se veían bien en mi. Es dificil no pasar por cambios en nuestra vida porque esa es la manera en que se supone que sea, pero trato de tomarlo día por día.

Por cierto, se me hizo referencia al emoji de la chica con el vestido rojo bailando jajaja, no voy a mentir las mangas de este top te hacen sentir un poco asi.

DRESS AND A TOP

I love mixing and wearing different pieces together. This top I have had it for a while, usually to work. The part I love the most is the bow detail on the shoulders so I took my polka dot dress and put it on top of it to create a top/skirt look. Is super easy to do when you have dresses with thin straps and the tops that will work with the neck and the sleeves of the dress. I added the belt to accentuate a bit more.

Me encanta mezclar y usar piezas diferentes juntas. Este top lo tengo desde hace mucho pero lo uso más para trabajar. La parte que más me gusta es el detalle de los lazos en los hombros asi que, agarre mi vestido de lunares y me lo puse debajo para crear un efecto de blusa/falda. Es súper fácil hacer esto cuando tienes vestidos con tiras finitas y blusas que funcionan perfecto con el cuello y las mangas del vestido. Agregué el cinturón para acentuar un poco más.
