Cuando se trata de utilizar trajes para la oficina, siempre me gusta utilizar aquellos que lleguen hasta la rodilla. Me aseguro de que el entalle y la silueta favorezcan mi tipo de cuerpo. I think my midi skirt obsession is not going anywhere for a while. I saw this cutie at Kohl's from LC Lauren Conrad collection, of course I always go to Kohl's because of here. I could not resist to how cute, comfy and adorable this skirt was so I had to get it.

It has been very rainy, windy and cloudy, which is quite annoying when you want to take pictures. I decided to ignore all of that and simply take a chance, it was still a little windy but I think the photo came out good and I loved how the double polka dot print looks as well.

Creo que mi obsesión por las faldas midi no se irá por un buen rato. Vi esta en Kohl's de la colección de LC Lauren Conrad porque obviamente voy ahí es por ella. No pude resistir lo linda, cómoda y adorable que era asi que me la compré.

Ha estado súper lluvioso, nublado y un mega viento, que es muy estresante cuando quieres tomar fotos. Decidí ignorar todo eso y simplemente aprovechar, aunque todavía hacia un poco de viento pero creo que las fotos salieron súper, y me encanta como el doble estampado de lunares se ve.

Sometimes I wish I had certain pieces on my closet until I realize I can make them with pieces I already own. I love lace tops a lot and I wanted to wear one with this skirt so I grabbed my lace dress and made it into a top and the result was great!!

I have been wearing the same sunnies repeatedly reason why I wanted to have new ones. They are wood sunnies by Silvano Apparel, I love their entire collection they are so cute, trendy and protect from the sun which is very important. You should definitely check their stuffs.

A veces desearía tener ciertas piezas en mi closet pero me doy cuenta que se pueden crear de lo que ya se tiene. Me encantan los tops de encaje y quería usar uno cone sta falda asi que, agarré el vestido que tengo de encaje y lo convertí en top. Me encantó el resultado!

He estado usando los mismos lentes de sol en varios posts asi que, quería mostrar otro tipo. Son de Silvano Apparel, hechos de madera. Me encanta toda su colección es linda, trendy y te protege del sol que es muy importante. Deberían definitivamente ver sus cosas.

Here is another great way to wear faux leather to the office. Fridays tend to be a bit more casual in most workplaces. I had seen this ponte top at Ann Taylor and ended up walking all the way to the back of the store to see if it came in petite sizing. I was excited when I found it in my size. The front patch pockets make it a functional piece. The quality of the top is amazing. I layered the outfit as it was a bit cold when I wore it. I also tried the top it with a skirt and will be sharing that with you in another post.

Existen muchas piezas en imitación de cuero que se pueden utilizar para la oficina. Este top es perfecto para los viernes en la oficina. Lo había visto en la tienda de Ann Taylor pero no estaba segura de si lo tenían en tallas petite. Luego de buscar en el área de petites, encontré mi talla. Debo mencionar que el material es muy duradero y de calidad. Esta es una manera en que puedes lucir este top. Pronto voy a compartir con ustedes como se puede utilizar también con faldas.

I have been wanting a kimono for a while, specially if with fringe. Because it was on trend I felt they were too expensive but I got lucky and found some on sale and could not resist. I mixed it with this lace dress and totally loved the result. It was fun, comfy and cute and also, really cold haha

My birthday was on Friday and I have to say I am always super excited about it. I have been wanting to change and make the blog better little by little. It is quite hard when you do not know much about HTML and all of that but I think I have done a pretty good job. To me, simplicity has always been the best, reason why I change the whole layout of the blog including header and menu. 

Aside from all of this, FVWears is now part of the family of the blog every Sunday along with Petite in Style every Friday. As my graduation gets closer I find a bit more time to work on new things for the blog which I am very happy to be able to.

I have been wanting to cut my hair for a while and honestly I think seeing Lauren Conrad's new hairstyle pushed me to do it on my birthday so I did and I also dye it a very light ombré. I feel like I want to cut a bit more but we will see, I still have a few more old looks coming.

I hope you enjoy the new additions and changes, and well I love taking pictures on my birthday day specially with balloons. I am officially 22 :)

Mi cumple fue el viernes y debo decir que cada año como que me emociono más. He querido hacer muchos cambios al blog para hacerlo mejor poco a poco. Es dificil cuando no sabes mucho de HTML y todo lo que involucra, pero creo que ahí voy. Para mi, las cosas simples son las que más impactan por eso cambié todo el layout del blog incluyendo el logo y menu.

Aparte de todo esto, FVWears es ahora parte de la familia del blog los Domingos junto a Petite in Style los Viernes. Mi graduación cada vez está más cerca y he podido encontrar un poco más de tiempo para trabajar en cosas del blog y desarrollar nuevas ideas, que me encanta.

Hace tiempo que he tenido ganas de cortarme el cabello y después de ver a Lauren Conrad con su nuevo estilo siento que lo quise mucho más asi que me lo corté y lo pinté un ombré muy suave. Siento que quiero cortarlo un poco más pero ya veré, aún tengo algunos posts viejos que publicar.

Espero disfruten los cambios y las novedades y bueno me encanta tomar fotos en mi cumple, especialmente con globos jajaj. Oficialmente tengo 22!

If you are skeptical about wearing faux-leather to the office, here is a great piece for you. This midi skirt is great because it is both light and comfortable. The fit and shape makes it office friendly.

I kept it simple with the black and white. It almost looks like a uniform, which is not what I was going for, but I still liked it. It was very windy and getting dark when we took these pictures. There will be more posts with this skirt and you will be able to see it better.

Si no estas segura de usar faldas en materiales similares al cuero para la oficina, aquí tienes una pieza que si puedes utilizar.

Esta falda tiene una silueta y estilo que hace que sea apropiada para la oficina. Es también muy cómoda. Este post es sencillo y los colores blanco y negro hacen que sea un atuendo simple. El día que tomamos las fotos hacia mucha brisa y estaba oscureciendo. Luego voy a subir otras maneras en que se puede utilizar esta falda para la oficina y así van a poder apreciarla mejor.

Miami's weather has been a little crazy or maybe just normal because of the season. The wind was strong so I always enjoy that. I wish I had a sweater with me then because I was freezing. To me Fall is all about booties so I am trying to bring them back once in a while with very different outfits from last year.
