Not every day I have the luck of having a great hair day so I couldn't resist. When I got this blouse I knew I wanted to mix it with this skirt so bad, I mean both flowers, blush and romantic. Last Fall I was all about burgundy and navy, this fall I got stuck with pastels, which to be honest I am not hating it. After all, Spring and Fall are my favorite seasons.

No todos los días se tiene la dicha de tener el cabello perfecto asi que no me resistí. Cuando compré esta blusa sabía que la quería mezclar con esta falda, o sea ambas con flores, rosadas y románticas. El otoño pasado estaba obsesionada con el vinotinto y el azul, esta vez me ha dado por pasteles y más pasteles. La verdad es que no me quejo, después de todo la Primavera y el Otoño son mis temporadas favoritas.

I am definitely not scared to wear flats with midi skirts, at least not in this outfit. I do not know why but I felt like in the 1950's, I think it was because of the typo of flats and how I mixed them with the skirt, maybe also because I have done a lot of History of Fashion research the last few weeks for my class.

I really liked this look, even though I love wearing heels honestly, sometime I just feel like if I could wear sweatpants I would. Flats are the closest to that feeling, it was very cute, simple and it looked amazing with the flats.

Definitivamente no tengo miedo de usar zapatillas con faldas midi, al menos no en este look. No sé porque pero me sentí como de los 50, quizá por el tipo de zapatillas o el haberlas combinado con la falda, también puede influir toda la información que he estado aprendiendo y escribiendo estas semanas de Historia de la moda para mi clase.

Me gusto muchísimo el look, aunque me gusta usar tacones, la verdad es que a veces si pudiese usar ropa de gimnasio lo haría pero las zapatillas es lo que más se le acerca. Fue un look simple, lindo y que me encantó con las zapatillas.

My birthday month is here, whoop whoop!!! I could not be more excited to feel 22, like Taylor Swift lol. I looooove birthdays, maybe more other's people because I always try to make their day very special and, I try to make mine too but is different because people make it special as well. 

You have seen this dress probably like 3 or 4 times and I still love it. I think I really wear certain pieces a lot but you know it's my money that I am spending to buy clothes is not like I just get it for free like most bloggers that get everything free. I work for it, very hard. Of course some brands have been nice enough to send me some of their pieces but I am glad to enjoy if it happens and if it does not.

This look is very professional. A day at the office or an important day at school.

El mes de mi cumple ya llegó!!! Y estaré como la canción de Taylor Swift 22 jajaja. Me encantan los cumples, creo que más el de las demás personas porque siempre trato de hacerlo súper especial, obviamente el mío también pero es cool que te quieran hacer tu día especial tus seres queridos. 

Este vestido lo han visto quizá 3 o 4 veces y aún me encanta. Yo creo que de verdad uso piezas repetidas, pero trato de ver que no las use tan seguido obviamente, pero o sea es la ropa que compro con mi dinero de lo que trabajo no es que me dan todo gratis como a la mayoría de las bloggers o como mucha gente piensa que es así. Trabajo por ello y bastante, si he tenido y estoy muy agradecida con marcas cuando me mandan sus productos y me lo disfruto muchisimo si pasa y sino también, pero trato de variar el contenido de mi bolsillo asi que hago lo mejor que puedo.

Este look es súper profesional, para un día en la oficina o un día importante en la universidad.

Happy Friday!

My posts always come out on Fridays. This is why I like to take the opportunity to show, from time to time, comfortable Friday looks that can be worn to the office (depending on your work environment and dress code of course).

I love Banana Republic’s petite clothing. It is one of the few places where I can find dress shirts and pants that do not need any alterations. These pants have their Sloan Fit and come in a stretchy material, which is great for a busy day that requires a lot of running around. My bag and shoes from JustFab are perfect for fall. The shoes are comfortable and the bag is great for when you are on the go.

Como saben, mis posts salen solo los viernes. Por tanto me gusta aprovechar la oportunidad para mostrar looks que sean cómodos para la oficina y normalmente los viernes (dependiendo del lugar donde se trabaje y el código de vestimenta), son días en que se puede estar mas cómodo.

Me encantan las tallas “petite” de Banana Republic. Siempre que compro sus piezas, no hay necesidad de hacer alteraciones. Estos pantalones por ejemplo, son muy cómodos porque son hechos de un material un poco elástico para dar comodidad. Son perfectos para un día bastante ocupado. El bolso y los zapatos son de JustFab. Los colores son perfectos para el otoño. Los zapatos son muy cómodos y el bolso es perfecto para cuando se están haciendo muchas diligencias.

One of the styles that I like but I do not usually wear a lot is the boho style. I see a lot on pinterest, stores, etc and I really like the whole vibe. I got this dress for that reason, not only because I love the lace detail but also because is super comfy and it will give that boho vibe I wanted to try.

I mixed with this necklace which is perfect for the style I was going for and well, some booties because I love wearing booties for the fall. I am really impressed on how Forever21 is changing their image, quality and merchandise. So far so good.

Uno de los estilos que me gusta pero usualmente no uso es el bohemio. Lo veo muchísimo en otros lados y la vibra me gusta mucho. Compré este vestido para probarlo, también por el detalle del encaje y lo cómodo que es.

Lo mezclé con este collar que va perfecto con el estilo que estaba intentando y bueno unas botas porque son mi prenda favorita de la temporada. Estoy muy impresionada en como Forever21 esta tratando de cambiar su imagen, calidad y mercancía. Hasta ahora a mi me parece un éxito.

Sometimes mixing basics pieces and must-haves create the perfect look. I paired this basic tee with this must have blazer and added the skirt to make it fun and have more movement. I have been looking for a red blazer since I sold mine last year because I wanted it longer and fitted.

A veces mezclar piezas básicas y necesarias puede crear el look perfecto. Combiné esta franela básica con este blazer y agregué la falda para darle movimiento. Había estado buscando un blazer rojo nuevo desde que vendí el mío hace meses porque quería uno más largo y a la medida.

Este look es perfecto para la oficina y hasta para ir a clase, que fue para lo que yo lo usé.
